Day 26: Embracing self 100%

I have been listening to the gecko and cat interviews on eqafe, I found them very supportive, essentially bringing self-equality to self, meaning, embracing EVERYTHING within me, first and foremost without judgement, otherwise how could I assist others if I am still stuck in my own self-judgment. Cat spoke about ‘give as you like to receive’, here too bringing to self first. Stand in front of the mirror and embrace everything of self without judgement, the good, bad and the ugly, very cool to hear that, both the mind and the body, apparently even the gecko has had some issues with its body image.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not embrace 100% of myself without judgement, as I see/realize there is always something I have not resolved or understood.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not embrace my mind and its contents 100% without judgement.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not embrace 100% of my memories without judgement.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not embrace 100% of my fears and worries without judgment.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not embrace 100% of my anger and rage without judgement.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not embrace 100% of my lust and greed without judgement.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not embrace 100% of the violence within my mind without judgement.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not embrace 100% of my insecurities without judgement.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not embrace 100% of my  ideas and beliefs without judgement.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not embrace 100% of the hate and prejudice that exist in my mind without judgement.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not embrace 100% of the paranoia that exist within my mind without judgement.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not embrace 100% of the conflicts that exist in my mind without judgement.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not embrace 100% of the fantasies and hopes within my mind without judgment.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not embrace 100% of the anxieties within my mind without judgement.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not embrace 100% of the limitations of mental powers of my mind without judgment.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to judge every aspect of my mind as good, bad or ugly, not seen/realizing every aspect of my mind is pre-designed, its operating like a machine, which I accepted and allowed, without ever looking to change the machine.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to judge myself for judging my mind.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not embrace the limitations of my mind without judgement.

I forgive myself that accepted and allowed myself to not look at my mind and its contents, in the hope to pretend like it doesn’t exist.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to hide in shame when I look at my mind.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to feel shame when I look at my mind.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear shame.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not embrace the shame within me 100% without judgement.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to hide from the pain and hurt within me, instead of embracing them 100% without judgment.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear my reality for what it is, instead of embracing them 100% without judgement.

When and as I see myself judging my own mind or its contents in whatever form or shape, the good, bad and the ugly, I stop and I breathe, seen/realizing the very judgement is the lock that keeps the mind contents in its place, there can’t be a correction till a judgement exist. I commit myself to embrace the judgment and replace with understanding.

This is the way to end self-conflict, to embrace self 100% without judgment.
